Description
The new type of account, card and mobile app is an offering designed to introduce children to the digital economy and help them develop financial literacy. The aim is to encourage responsible and sustainable management of personal finances in a safe and engaging way, with appropriate involvement from parents. As a member of the customer experience design community, you will join a team of over 50 designers with high levels of skill and expertise in user experience design. The work is a valued part of the bank's digitization efforts.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• You love being a part of a small and focused team where we work is done in a truly agile way.
• You are used to design user interfaces in an agile way, collaborating with front end developers side by side.
• You have both visual design & UX skills and are used to work with Customer-encountered interfaces.
• It's considerd an huge advantage if you have worked with gamification or consumer-oriented digital products.
• You have the ability to self-lead and communicate and you thrive being in a position where you have influence.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge, methods and tools.
• You will work with interaction design and concept design for desktop and mobie and user research in the form of interviews and user testing.
• The client expects you to have post-secondary education within the field as well as experience in working agile with UX for web, mobile and app.
Preferred personal qualities:
Good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
