We are Insurello, and we have developed the first digital solution that helps people claim their accident insurances money instantly online. We have been an instant hit in the market, and now we're in the process to find new interesting people.

Role Description
You will partially be responsible for leading Insurello's design language and UI, primarily within product. Together with our design and development team you will set the foundation for creating a future design system. Making sure we are accessible, usable, scalable and push our visual standards to a new high.
You will be working in close collaboration with designers and engineers to better understand technical opportunities and design needs within the company.
• Evolve Insurello's design language, components and design patterns
• Share your knowledge of how to utilise the design system and keep a high level of quality
• Work closely with engineers throughout the implementation phase
Who you are?
• You have experience designing digital apps and systems
• Aware of common UI patterns in e.g. Material design, iOS, responsive web apps and know where to look for inspiration
• A driven person who is excited about creating great stuff together with your colleagues to achieve the company and product vision
• Passionate for details. You care for the design layouts, animations and pixel perfections that creates the wow feelings for the user
• Structured - you can define and manage the rules of our designs and be systematic in creating our experience across a product line
• Curious and eager to learn. Can't help but following the field to see what others are doing and to catch new trends, tools and techniques.
• You're possibly a person with high visual standards for things you own - if it is not beautiful enough (but functionally great) you rather manage without it :-)
