The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Have several years of experience as a Scrum Master with remote teams
• natural leader with interest in both people and technology, with excellent coaching skills and you bring high level of energy and motivation
• Have competence within different agile frameworks and supporting tools'
• Have experience in Value Proposition Definition, Product Roadmaps and OKR Methodologies
• Have a background within software development activities and an education within engineering or similar
• Have strong problem solving skills - able to find solutions in complex situations and involve various stakeholder
Work language: English
Meritous
• working with cloud technologies
• knowledge within Analytics
• experience in Scrum of Scrums
• previous experience from implementing agile in large development organizations
• Agile coaching experience and have worked with Kanban
• Tools: Jira Cloud, Confluence, Sharepoint, ServiceNow or any other Incident management tool and Power BI is a plus.
Job description
• Work as a Scrum master to join an AI team. The team is called Analytics and Data Platforms and is responsible for all data processing, reporting and advanced analytics capabilities across the whole value chain. This means tons of data and unlimited learning opportunities.
