MSAB is the global leader in forensic technology for mobile device examination, with offices in Europe and in the USA, as well as a network of distributors across the globe. The company has been involved with mobile communications since 1984 and now has a singular focus on the forensic recovery of data from mobile devices.
Our XRY software has been used by investigators to quickly and effectively retrieve information, such as pictures, SMS, call history, contact lists and application data since 2003.
XRY is used by Police, Law Enforcement, Military, Government Intelligence Agencies and Forensic Laboratories in over 100 countries worldwide to investigate crime, gather intelligence, investigate fraud and fight corruption. In the UK alone we supply 97% of UK Police Forces with XRY for mobile device examination.
MSAB 's sole focus is a quality forensic solution that creates secure and trusted results for end users. The core business today produces a world class product called XRY which has the capability to recover deleted data from mobile devices; smart-phones, mobile phones, 3G modems, GPS and Tablet devices. Building on that foundation we have released XAMN to provide smartphone analytics to our customer base.

Job description
You will be responsible for supervising an extensive business unit, within Msab, the Training Department. You will be looking after a growing team of currently 8 full time employed technical trainers plus additional contract trainers located across the globe. You will also have two colleagues i.e. a Training Coordinator reporting directly to you, located at HQ in Stockholm.
Your focus is on developing the business and training department all aspects e.g through increased sales, improved delivery of training and through an enhanced product development remain the number one mobile forensic training department.
You will be responsible to initiate, deliver and execute a training strategy to take the MSAB training to the next level.
Competence profile
You have excellent organizational skills. You also have experience of training operations and have previous knowledge of law enforcement and government customers.
You have the ability to look forward and identify areas of improvement and also to push through changes in a fast growing global environment.
You have previous experience of remotely managing highly capable professionals who work independently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English is required, swedish is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and deliver to timescales is as must. You are goal oriented and grasp complex topics quickly.
We appreciate that you have >10 year experience of management positions in a high pace global environment.

Responsibilities, i.e.
• Manage the training team - attract, motivate and retain best in class trainers to MSAB to support our ambitious goals of growth.
• Ensure training is delivered in accordance with current schedules with MSAB high quality standards
• Identify and develop new training courses, both classroom and online
• Travel internationally to support the company 's needs as required
• Full P&L responsibility
You will work closely to both product development to always keep training up to date and provide advice and information to the sales department regarding training
