We are now strengthening the Global Process Training team with one new Training Expert in process execution, and supporting tools, within Sales & Customer Management capabilities. This team within Business Transformation Office helps Tetra Pak strengthen its foundation on "How we work" and supports Business Transformation projects to secure new knowledge within the organisation.
You will join other specialized trainers that are partnering with each global process team to create and maintain needed training material in multiple formats including classroom training, webinars, e-learnings and short instruction videos.
What you will do
In this position, during the first 1-2 years you will work mainly within the Smart Sales programme, creating and delivering training globally. After the project you will be work mainly with the Global Process Team to plan and maintain process and tool knowledge in the Sales & Customer Management Process.
You will focus on:
Creation of cutting-edge training material for classroom, webinars, e-learnings and short "how-to" videos
Delivery of face-to-face classroom trainings for business professionals
Partner with different project teams to develop and implement training content in project phase
Participate in initiatives to improve process competence in areas indicated above
The position is based in Lund, Sweden. Travel requirements approximately 1 week per month.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to work with changing requirements while keeping the key content and big picture in focus. You need to be able to learn on the fly and quickly be able to familiarize yourself with new knowledge and material to a level where you are able to deliver training. As Tetra Pak is a truly international company, you can adjust to the audience from a cultural and knowledge levels perspective while developing and delivering materials in a simple and efficient way.
To be successful in this position you are experienced in training delivery, face-to-face and virtual sessions and you have a minimum of 3 years' experience as Business Expert, trainer or as a coach in Sales and Customer Management related business processes. Of course, you have excellent presentation skills and are proficient in working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Furthermore, it is a strong merit if you have experience of supporting users in CRM tools. You probably have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
