Aurobay is looking for Trainees. As a trainee at Aurobay R&D you will get the opportunity to experience the full scope of our business. Together with Trainees within other functions you will be part of a 12-month program.

What will you do?
The trainee will make three rotations which will be decided together with the trainee. These may include positions within:
CAE, where you would conduct highly advanced simulations of the physics and mechanics of car engines and components.
Project management, where you would build your knowledge on keeping time, cost, and technical deliveries.
Design, where you learn how to work with suppliers and internal competencies to make sure your component or system fulfils the product requirements.
Engine testing, where you will have the chance to experience physical tests and utilize advanced tools for data evaluation.
Controls and calibration, where you would be involved in developing and tuning the software that controls how the engine responds to the driver interaction and ambient conditions.
Do you fit the profile?
You have currently graduated from Master of Science or similar education.
Communicative, collaborating, high integrity, loyalty, systematic, agile thinking and self-driven.
Highly self-motivated, openminded and energetic, structured, and communicative.
Interest and motivation to challenge patterns and behaviors to capture business opportunities.
Good communication skills and fluent in English
Positive about working with several different technologies within combustion engines
