Rhubarb Media is a small startup that was established in 2013 and is a leading provider of in- sourced sales solutions. Today we are looking to find up to 4 new talents to our always expanding sales teams for two major clients.
One is the world's largest luxury marketplace called JamesEdition.com and another one is the biggest business forum in Northern Europe which is called Nordic Business Forum.
For JamesEdition and as a Trainee Sales Executive at Rhubarb Media you will be selling advertising subscription campaigns to the world's leading luxury brands and dealerships. During this role candidates could also take part in attending leading luxury shows such as top marques and Monaco yacht show.
As for Nordic Business Forum, within Trainee Sales Executive role you will be selling delegate tickets and potentially sponsorship packages in Scandinavia with a focus on Swedish market primarily. Previously we've had the likes of Sir Richard Branson, Sir Alex Ferguson and Arnold Schwarzenegger as some of high profile speakers.
We are looking for those who are passionate about sales and closing deals and those who wish to have a long term career in a vibrant and young company.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Provide realistic forecasting to the manager on weekly and monthly basis.
• Create a realistic pipeline for sales.
• Meet monthly KPIs on contacts made.
• Invest in the team and company.
Requirements:
• Previous telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must. Another european language is a huge plus.
• Eligible to work in Sweden which means you should have a personal number.
Compensation:
• Commission basis during the trial period.
• Attractive bonuses on exceeding targets.
