About the job
As a Third Line Technician focused on MVNO support, you'll be at the forefront of technical problem-solving, collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional solutions. In this role, you'll troubleshoot and configure systems, manage error reports, and work closely with developers to enhance and refine our platform. You'll also play a key role in prioritizing fixes, testing new features, and verifying implementations. In addition, with MVNO responsibilities, you will:
Monitor and troubleshoot mobile core network elements and signaling flows.
Investigate and manage issues involving global suppliers, roaming partners, and subcontractors.
Analyze voice, SMS, and data flows in MVNO/MNO environments.
Support product teams in ensuring mobile features and integrations meet reliability and performance standards.
A typical day in this role involves:
Troubleshoot, configure, test, and register cases to resolve complex issues with product teams & vendors.
Prioritising and handling incident management.
Implementing solutions & work-arounds driven by customer needs.
Investigate and manage issues involving global suppliers and subcontractors.
Support product teams by prioritizing bug fixes, testing features, and verifying implementations before release.
Debug existing code (for those with coding experience).
Monitor and analyze mobile network KPIs and alarms.
Handle MVNO/MNO signaling analysis using traces/PCAP where needed.
This role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual eager to grow and innovate in the telecom space. It is based in our new vibrant Malmö office (Gjuteriet) and includes occasional on-call responsibilities as part of the position. About you
We're looking for a Third Line Technician who is solution-oriented, curious, and an excellent communicator. You should be adept at explaining technical issues to both developers and customers. You thrive in collaborative environments, handle multitasking easily, and adapt to changing priorities seamlessly.
Key skills and experience we're looking for:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with database management, programming, and network protocols.
Experience in Telecom UCaaS (VOIP/SIP), Mobile Telephony, SQL, Kubernetes configuration, and network/telecom troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and experience with monitoring tools.
Complete familiarity with MVNO/MNO structures and flows for voice, SMS, and data.
Experience with protocols such as SIP, RTP, GTP, Diameter, MAP, SMPP.
Hands-on experience with mobile core technologies.
Knowledge of roaming, interconnects, and signaling analysis
Good-to-have skills
Multilingual capabilities (in addition to Swedish and English) are a big plus!
Familiarity with Linux system administration and cloud technologies
Familiarity with scripting specifications and automated profiling tools.
