Dina arbetsuppgifterAbout the role
As the Group function's new Test Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of test automation and quality assurance (QA). It is your job to make sure that the implemented test automation is aligned with the company's overall IT strategies in the way you see fit the organization best long term. You are a part of the technical core team and will work closely with the CTO, architects and software developers. Your mission is to make sure to deliver robust- and high quality products and in order to keep doing that you as a Test Manager will play a key role.
On daily basis you will lead the implementation of test automation for the different platforms and make sure that the development team delivers according to set goals. This includes but is not limited to setting up test strategy and policies, building roadmaps, take architectural decisions regarding testing frameworks, and leading technical discussions with both internal staff and the vendor development teams, setting the operational test processes in place.
KvalifikationerEducation, experience & personal qualities
• Previous experience from similar mission where you have implemented test automation mapped to the development lifecycle
• Deep understanding of test automation with best practice experience of the "how"
• Experience in leading and working with both vendor development teams and inhouse development teams
• Overall good technical knowledge and experience in .NET core development
• Relevant academic background is a plus, but not required
• Fluent in English, both verbal and writing. Swedish knowledge is a strong advantage

You have also a strong ability to lead your self and you 're passionate about the outcome of your work.
