Symantec are now hireing a Finnish speaking Territory Manager to be based in either Malmö/Copenhagen/ Stockholm or Helsinki.
Publiceringsdatum2014-06-03Dina arbetsuppgifterYour main focus will be managing the Finnish Territory including key accounts.
You will:
• Execute campaings by fully understand the business, buying and decision making process of newly qualified prospects as well as developing effective relationships with key contacts.
• Profile prospective new customers' securityneeds and introducing the companys products and services.
• Keep prospects and client databases up to date.
• Develop Account plans for key accounts.
• Recognition of cross sell and up sell opportunities during the qualification phase.
• Set correct customer expectations.
• Elicit customer feedback to improve processes.
You will also adhere to scheduels and targets, imparting knowledge to others within and outside the team, participate in developing and implenting new work processes.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Qualifications:
• Fluency in Finnish.
• Graduate level education.
• Goal oriented and competetive.
• Good business acumen and working knowledge of the IT-industry.
• Possesses at least 4-6 years sales experience, 3 of which should be in business to business sales.
• Show autonomy as well as initiative and has persuasive sales ability.
• Has the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and work well under pressure.
• A high level of energy, self-motivation, competitivness and a desire to positively impact the business.
• Ability to learn and communicate product benefits to prospects.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills needed in order to handle objections and convert leads into prospects.
• Creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Good understanding and knowledge of the IT Market -an IT background with demonstrable evidence of the successful management of client relationships using proactive techniques.
• Strong customers focus work ethic.
