Job description:
You will be responsible for developing the business in Nordic area, outlining emerging business opportunities to be addressed through sales related activities.
Responsibilities:
• To meet revenue targets as agreed with our management from our headquarters in China
• Managing, coaching and seting goals for the employees
Interfacing with target customers in order to determine their potential to do business
• Heading up sales campaigns focused on winning business within the target customer market
• Developing relationships with senior customer leaders
• To insure all opportunities are tracked in order that any key issues can be addressed as soon as possible
Qualifications:
• Degree equivalent preferred
• Strategy development planning skills
• Customer interface, presentation, relationship management
• Good understanding of focus account strategies/business needs/problems and issues
• High level of understanding of Huawei Portfolio and business activities
• Ability to manage/co-ordinate activities across a diverse set of people
