In this role, in the Global Center of Competens (CoC), you will create and complete bids/estimations/quotations based on customer specification or customer requirements/budget in order to achieve both market competitiveness and high margin for the company. You will also maintain and improve the balance between all Hitachi ABB Power Grids units and customers that are present in responsibility.
Service Solutions is a successful part of Grid and Power Quality Solutions (GPQS) unit with the ambition to grow on the global market the coming years. We have a mandate and strategy to support a global expansion based on Hitachi ABB Power Grids installed base and will be an important part of service business.

Your responsibilities
Support all global HBUs/regions with tendering of services such as SLAs, Preventive and Corrective maintenance and Cyber security
Generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated area(s)
Focus on installed base penetration and promote the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other Power Grids service units
Build long term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues
Collaborate with the Service Tendering Manager and/or Service Manager to implement Service Sales Strategy
Communicative internally in CoC as well as towards other internal and external stakeholders
Drive service tendering process in collaboration with the Service Tendering Manager

Your background
We are looking for an energetic, supportive and self-confident person who can handle both ups and downs and manage problems that may occur
You want to develop the business through challenge and improve processes and collaboration
You take ownership and working towards goal and keeping deadlines
You are business-minded with a creative, open-minded and solution-focused
You hold a University degree in technical or business area or have some years of work experience
Competence in commercial matters like (T&C, delivery terms, payment terms, cash flow, cost/margin/price calculations)
As you will be working in a global environment, fluency in English, written and spoken alike is a must, whereas knowledge in other languages is a plus
On a personal level, you are a self-motivated and reliable team player with an independent and result oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills
