Teleperformance is now seeking for a Nordic Key Account Manager who will be based in Stockholmt. Key objective for the position is to Grow the business
by winning new contacts center outsourcing clients in the Nordic region.
This is an extremely exciting role for a senior and experienced candidate. You will work with the following:
• Make sure personal Sales target is achieved
• Handle bid process for new opportunities
• Be part of the EMEA Sales and support global RFP's (Bid request)
• Developing a network of potential sales leads
• Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to TP Nordic's prospects
• Negotiation of contracts with potential clients
• Orchestrating, attending and overseeing tours and site visits at TP Nordic sites
Your Profile
• International profile and experience (Good written and oral English is mandatory.
• A proven experience of B2B solution selling, working with market leading companies in prioritized industries e.g. Energy, Telecom, Health care, or Financial.
• Have network within one of the above areas.
• Ability to establish a strong relationship with company Senior representatives
• Good presentation skills
• Strong sales and negotiation attitude
• Ability to understand, simulate and create pricing calculations, pricing models.
• Have a university level degree.
• You feel comfortable in a structured sales environment.
