hela Sverige We are looking for a Technical Writer for a global company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
Our client needs a Technical Writer that has skills in the operational area and is able to create product/service description for their external customers as well as documentation of standard processes for internal use. The person should have good knowledge of operational processes according to ITIL (incident process, change management process, etc.) and be able to describe a technical product in an easily understandable way that sounds appealing to external customers. You will be working in a team to create the needed documentation.
We believe that you bring the following:
Have written technical content in the operational area
Capable of taking initiative and improve on the documentation already available
Experience in writing internal documentation of ITIL processes
Experience in writing external customer-facing product descriptions
Like building cross-team relationships and collaboration
Excellent editorial and review skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Experience in Confluence
Excellent English
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 6 months to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
