Swedbank is looking for a quality-focused and driven QA/Test Engineer to join their agile team working with critical payment solutions. OM TJÄNSTEN
As a Technical Tester, you will play a pivotal role in a cross-functional agile team within Swedbank's Payment Execution Agile Release Train. You will ensure the quality and reliability of critical payment services by collaborating closely with domain experts, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks

This role involves ensuring the quality and performance of payment infrastructure through comprehensive testing, analysis, and collaboration within an agile framework.

• Test and maintain critical services and functionality within the payments area
• Analyze product requirements, technical impacts, system processes, and solution designs
• Write unit, functional, and end-to-end tests, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
• Take part in non-functional and performance testing for large transaction volumes
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate system status to stakeholders
• Work closely with domain experts in payments, architecture, and mainframe systems
• Contribute to the development of your team and the entire release train

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• 1-2 years of experience in testing and quality assurance of complex software systems
• Good knowledge of methods and tools used in software testing
• Experience from banking, finance, or insurance industries
• Advanced knowledge of agile ways of working (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
• Proficient in English, spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have
• Good experience from the payment domain
• Good experience from ongoing initiatives such as ISO20022, Bank/plusgiro transformation, SEPA, or similar
• Proficient in Swedish

To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
• Ability to communicate with IT and business stakeholders to reach common understanding.
• A driven, proactive, self-organized, and analytical approach with a strive to continuously improve.
