High Voltage Service is a separate unit within the High voltage-business unit based in Ludvika. Our core business is to provide various services and after sales support for products belonging to the High voltage products portfolio.
Working as a technical support specialist in the HV service teams gives you an interesting opportunity where you get to contribute with your technical expertise regarding high voltage products as well as you get to interact and collaborate with sales teams around the globe.

As technical support specialist you will be an integral player in our strategic advisory towards customers on all levels (internal as external), providing expert advice on service & maintenance strategy, replacement products and advice on our portfolio for efficiency, reliability, and improvements towards customer assets. How you'll make an impact
Providing technical solutions and advice regarding high voltage equipment towards sales and customers.
Working with product care and identifying suitable replacement components and maintaining or updating documentation.
Collaborate with other employees cross functional, within the local unit as well as the global organization to achieve goals within the unit.
Offering general support to global team regarding questions about product specification and suitability, provide details and knowledge connected to our high voltage products.
Monitor change processes initiated on active products and provide input on change impact from service perspective.
From time to time create reports or formalize technical documentation in form of FMEA or RCA's.
Your background
You have extensive work experience within relevant field, for example field service technician or order design engineer, R&D work in the High voltage business or equivalent work life experience.
Detailed knowledge about high voltage products is required for you to be successful in this role.
You are happy to take initiative, propose solutions and contribute to our department.
You are a cooperative and transparent team-player with a holistic perspective on what is best for the company.
To be successful in the role we see that you have strong communicative skills as well as commercial experience. You are also fluent in both Swedish and English, verbal and written.
Bachelor of science or civil engineering, mechanical, power system studies, or similar.
