hela Sverige We are hiring for our client, a global Fintech giant, for their Stockholm operations.
They are seeking a Technical Support Analyst with a drive for solving technical cases for their customers.
They want the person to have an interest and curiosity for the financial markets as you will work at the edge of the Nordic financial exchange system.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Analyst , you will provide first line support to their trading members on a daily basis. You will solve both standard and complex technical issues ranging from trading protocols, connectivity, market data and trading-related queries. Together with their colleagues on the Technical Support team, you will be building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing day-to-day client support. The team is part of European Market Operations. European Market Operations have teams based in Stockholm and Vilnius.
In this role, you will be involved in cross-platform projects and releases, providing support to the organization as well as testing new functionality. You will strive to be proactive with client's problems and will be a key person to identify and troubleshoot issues of minor and critical levels. The team is working shifts throughout the day and evenings.
Qualifications
• Education Required: Degree qualified in a discipline related to Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from banking
• Interest in the financial markets, such as equities, derivatives and fixed income trading. Experience with working in UNIX will be a merit
• Ability to prioritize, organize and complete work tasks within given timelines
• Great communicative and interpersonal skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
