We are looking for an experienced Global Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent across various technical roles and locations.
As our Global Technical Recruiter/Sourcer, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to find the best candidates. You will be responsible for conducting initial screening interviews, assessing candidates' technical skills, and evaluating their fit with our organization's culture.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize, and have a deep understanding of technical recruiting best practices. You should be able to work independently, but also as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting/sourcing roles
• Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent globally
• Strong knowledge of technical skills and terminology across various technical roles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
