• Lead the development of the Chinese content in the project and coordinate between the Chinese team in China and the team in Europe
• Take part in the development to manage communication between Chinese and European team
• Prepare technical improvement proposals
• Support, coordinate and supervise team activities in order to accomplish defined goals
• Support prototype build with information and recommendations
• Negotiate with customers
Qualifications:
• Engineering degree
• Working experience within the automotive industry as a Technical Project Manager
• Experience of Chinese automotive manufactures
• Good communication skills cross culture
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Drivers licence
• Technical presentation skills
• Flexible
• Dedicated with focus on project success
