Job Description
In this job you will lead all projects and activities within IKEA Digital Lab. Plan projects & processes that explore, evaluate and secure patent for new technology and its possibility to improve IKEA customer and co-worker user experience. Lead transfer of knowledge and encourage innovation thinking within IKEA Marketing & Communication.
Further on you will:
Lead several projects and activities simultaneously, within IKEA Digital Lab.
Plan projects & processes that explore and evaluate new technology and its possibility to improve IKEA customer and co-worker user experience.
Lead and/or co-ordinate people from different organizations.
Be part of creating legal agreement and setting up collaborations with external experts and innovators in explorations of technical solution
You are passional to learn new things and a have a hands on attitude. You are innovative and creative with a positive attitude towards challenges. You enjoy collaborating and work in teams and new constellation both with internal and external stakeholders.
You have capability to envision future technology use cases and break them down to user experiences, great understanding of Information Technology and different production models and you enjoy working with and lead people in different contexts
