hela Sverige We are expanding our Product Management team and are looking for a Technical Product Manager to be responsible for and develop the User Experience on all our products including the PRE, PSM and PIC products as well as our Insights products. As a Technical Product Manager at Procera Networks you?ll provide the product's vision, understand and interpret requirements coming from our solutions, create the roadmap, and drive its execution.
As a technology-savvy Product Manager we expect you to understand the development cycles. The main focus will be to ensure that the product meets the market needs working closely with the Commercial Solution Managers and our Engineering team in Sweden and Canada. As a Technical Product Manager you will focus on product management and not on development.
Job Requirements
• Aligning with company commercial strategy
• Derive commercial requirements from our solution roadmaps
• Use market research, customer and competitor insight, user feedback and analytics to understand customer needs and align to business resources and goals
• Work with members of the product management team to help meet clients expectations
• Function effectively as the interface between product management team and the customers, both internally and externally
• Build and deploy new products or product enhancements
• Maintain launched products to ensure their continued success
• Product vision and roadmap
• Analysis of research and defining product objectives
Desired Skills and Experience
• 5- years plus of relevant experience building commercial and user friendly web based products
• Strong knowledge in working with consultants in Usability and Interaction Design as well as UI developers and Art Directors
• Presentations skills to introduce and sale the product to our customer
• Experience of working across different departments including sales, marketing, editorial and development
• Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with your team
• A track record of delivering successful products to market
• Ability to deliver within tight deadlines
• Experience from Network/Broadband/Internet related business
• Customer facing experience
• Experience from Project Managing with multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive, innovative and flexible approach
• Willing to travel extensively
• Having a Can-Do attitude
