Technical ERP Consultant - Specialist required (10 years of experience)
Responsibilities:
• Create release plans together with the client for activities in the project. This contains Time schedule, deliverables and estimation for main time and Calendar time.
• Allocate and manage necessary resources in the release project, Coordinate and follow up the release projects orders from client and the activities to the client's project manager on a regularly basis.
• Bring up changes or differences to the project plan to the clients project t manager, on a regular basis report the project status in relation to the schedule and budget.
• Make sure that client's requirements about e.g. operational instructions is fulfilled (be the one who approves or reject these deliverables from the client).
• Make sure the applicable processes and checklists are followed, Initiate negotiations around operational support, if it need to be created/changed.
• As an outcome e of the release project (e.g. Application SLO). This is initiated by the Release manager but is driven by the e ADM (Application Delivery Manager).
• On a regular basis report to the parts of HPs organization driving the application and operation of the system delivered by the release e project.
• Recommend decisions in the CAB (Change Advisory Board) meeting, End client's part of the release project by facilitating g a project closure meeting with the Client and write a project close report.
• On top of the services mentioned d above the following needs to be fulfilled, provide senior Project Manager Skills within IT operations SAP area, from both Infrastructure and applications perspective.
Krav/Essential requirements:
• Project Manager has participated in large projects within many different area s, delivering high quality results, with at least 5 years' experience.
• Project Manager must be able to lead and coordinate development, rationalization and/or release activities through entire project life cycle.
• Project Manager will independently lead project resources on-site as well as in virtual teams. Due to global delivery, excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish as well as English are required.
• Project manager needs to have adequate knowledge of CUSTOMERs IT environment to qualify to deliver these service. If a new person is assigned to t h is work a free of charge e introduction/training from a skilled release manager for at least one month needs to be performed.
• Formal Project Management education and ITIL or ITSM process k knowledge is required.
