We are searching for a Technical Delivery Expert.
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Expert to be the formulation consultant on the development, innovation, and optimization of the Cosmetics category formulations with Oriflame's strategic manufacturing partners and existing subcontractors to bring high-performance, trend-forward products to market.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the strategic manufacturing partners to identify the right formulation solutions to meet the new complex marketing briefs and where applicable determining which supplier has the best technical solution.
• Align with NPD functions on launch complexity, development plan and timings.
• Ensure formulas meet desired sensory attributes, product experience and performance expectation.
• Represent the Cosmetics category formulation for internal lab visits and conferences, performing lab demonstrations and explaining the science behind the products.
• Be the Cosmetics category technical expert for external partners and internally including on raw materials technical compliance projects.
• Maintain awareness of new launches, technical insights and trends in the Cosmetics category, new formulation technologies, raw materials etc. to actively contribute to the innovation process.

Qualifications and Experience
• Over 7 years of experience in Cosmetics formulation and product development.
• Degree in Chemistry/Cosmetic Science/ Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Colour Cosmetics formulation chemistry, pigment technology, and emulsion science.
• Extensive experience in formulating liquid, cream, and anhydrous Colour cosmetics.
• Extensive experience working with raw materials, pigments, and sensory evaluation of formulations.
• Project management & delivery.
• Knowledge of industry regulations.
