hela Sverige We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Cleanliness Engineer to join our team. This role involves supervising lab technicians, conducting cleanliness testing and analysis, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for researching and implementing innovative cleanliness technologies and methodologies to enhance product reliability and performance. This role also includes creating documentation and working instructions to support compliance with cleanliness demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise lab technicians and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Conduct cleanliness testing, analysis, and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
• Research and implement new cleanliness technologies to improve product performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation and working instructions to ensure cleanliness requirements are met.
• Support production and quality engineers in technical cleanliness-related discussions and projects.
• Participate in regional and global cleanliness networks.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in technical cleanliness management, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
• Expertise in the design, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze customer data, feedback, and complaints to identify trends and implement preventive measures.
• Strong proficiency in conducting audits and monitoring cleanliness activities.
• Experience in leading change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with technical cleanliness processes, requirements, and standards (e.g., ISO 16232, VDA 19).
