About the company:
Adtoox is a file based delivery service customized for commercials and editorial content. Adtoox is integrated with more than 300 broadcasters and publishers across Europe. Adtoox secures that each material delivered is logged, encoded, quality assured, stored and controlled accordingly to all specifications and deadlines. Adtoox streamlines the work for advertisers, media agencies, ad agencies, production companies, post production houses and media owners.
By managing more than 130.000 deliveries (7.000 brands) each year, Adtoox is one of the largest suppliers in Europe. Adtoox integrates 8.000 users and serves over 800 different suppliers (submitting ads). 900 different advertisers have created their own accounts in Adtoox.
Adtoox AB is now expanding at a high pace with entities in Europe, South America and Asia. Therefore Adtoox is now looking to recruit a Technical Integration & Video Specialist to their office in Stockholm, Sweden.
The task:
As a technical architect, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Design a scalable server infrastructure.
• Estimate and oversee the need and growth of the server systems.
• Be the main contact toward our technical suppliers.
• Negotiate with data center operators and internet suppliers.
• Validate and optimize server hardware and software.
• Assist broadcasters with workflow and network related queries.
• Propose and define technical requirements towards the development teams.
Your profile:
• Academic degree related to distributed systems
and server networks.
• Previous work with content delivery networks.
• Previous work with load balanced server systems.
• Service oriented and self-motivated.
• Social and open personality.
• Fluency in English.
