The initiatives you will lead are at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, and your contributions will directly impact our success.
All about the role:
As a Tech Lead - Digital Asset Management, you will take ownership of developing and integrating the DAM (Digital Asset Management) software with existing upstream and downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality for our stakeholders. You will be responsible to create, update and manage the metadata to improve the searchability and retrieval of digital assets. Your role will involve interacting with senior leaders, project leaders, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving timely, high-quality delivery.
What you'll do:
• Development and Integration: Developing and integrating DAM (we use Bynder) software with existing upstream and downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Metadata Management: Creating, updating, and managing metadata to improve searchability and retrieval of digital assets.
• Workflow Management: Developing and managing workflows for the creation, approval, and distribution of digital assets such as product images & videos.
• Continuous Improvement: Implementing continuous integration and deployment practices to ensure regular updates and improvements to the DAM system.
• User support: Providing support and training to users, ensuring they can effectively use the DAM system.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders in product lines, marketing, IT & sales
Who you are:
• 5+ years of experience as a software developer building/ configuring Production Information Management system and/ or Digital Asset management systems in a B2C company.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated hands-on experience with Restful APIs and JSON payloads.
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (essential)
• Proficiency in writing code using one of the following, .Net, C#, JavaScript (essential)
• Strong technical background with a desire to be hands on, coding up to 70% of the time
• Passion for mentoring and coaching other developers, with a desire to step into a team lead role
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure, is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and product teams.

Where you'll be:
This is a full-time position in one of our Electrolux Office in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be part of a dynamic international team where English is the natural language.
