Description
The aim of the position is to take on a team responsibility regarding supplier services within the SSC Malmö finance team.
Kwintet is in the process of moving their SSC from Borås to Malmö and until this process has been finalized (approx. 3-4 months) the position will have to spend time in Borås (approx. 4-5 days/week). Kwintet will of course arrange accommodation and pay for your costs during the transition period.
Responsibilities
• Document, update and implement agreed SSC policies and procedures within the supplier team. Active participation in the SSC build up process in Malmö.
• Ensure and account for transactions in accordance with the group financial manual.
• Implement and adhere to group financial manual guidelines connected to suppliers.
• Ensure that legal reporting deadlines are met (e.g. VAT reporting, SCB).
• Introduce and maintain job rotation within the team and ensure that all team members have the necessary knowledge to carry out all duties within the supplier team.
• Ensure that all documents within the supplier team have been processed before closing and reporting each period.
• Establish guidelines and KPIs to avoid business effecting misrepresentation and reporting.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or Upper Secondary School. Solid accounting skills and knowledge from working with continuous financial reporting. To have worked in an international environment, which requires a specific reporting structure, is preferable as well as solid ERP understanding from a user perspective. Excellent Excel skills are a must. Strong written and oral English skills.
As a person you should be ambitious, dynamic and highly focused. You must have a driving force, be able to build and maintain relationships, and at the same time be tenacious. It is also of great importance that you are communicative and goal oriented.
