What you need in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (people management or IT), or a great reason for not having one;
• Experience in leading teams that provide core services;
• Knowledge about agile way of working, general IT principles;
• You have great interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• You have solid coaching leadership experience and your passion is empowering people!
