Would you like to represent one of Sweden's leading training and conference providers? We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic team coach/sales person to sell, lead and grow our dedicated telesales team!

The role of our telesales team is to inform/advise potential business delegates by booking onto a range of our conferences, helping them develop their knowledge and networks. Using the phone, you will, on a daily basis, be speaking with many different people from all professions, selling across our unique conferences, aimed at our specific industry/business sectors.

In this role, it is important to understand the unique points of each conference, enabling you to identify and match each delegates' needs against the value points of the event.

In addition, the role of team coach will be to lead by example, driving the success of this small but critical team through coaching, mentoring, monitoring and continuous improvement and development. It is expected that the team leader role will vary between 10-20% of your time, since the primary focus is on driving sales.

Specific Activities for the Telesales Team Leader

Motivate our results based team with a culture of fun and peer competition.
Create an environment of continual learning through coaching and testing new initiatives.
Monitor and act upon key performance information (such as call rates, conversion rates).
Review trends to discuss with management (e.g. % of bookings from enquiries, Conversion rates of web enquiries, etc).
Liaise closely with the marketing team around pricing and customer trends to improve processes, feedback and results.

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated sales person with experience and evidence of success with selling on the phone in a B2C or B2B marketplace. You are the right candidate for us, that has experience and is capable of coaching and developing our sales team, along with analyzing KPI's, and working closely with our production and marketing team. We expect that you have previously or currently work/ed in a team coach role, whilst also maintaining your personal sale standards.

You are:

Able to actively listen, discuss and persuade businesses and business people to buy our products.
Able to have a high activity level working to specific activity targets, along with your coaching responsibilities.
Able to work with different projects at the same time.
Able to be creative, work with confidence and have a determined attitude.
Able to support people, processes and have a sense of total business value chain
Have at least 2 years' experience working within a telesales role, and 1 year as a team coach.
Fluent in Swedish and excellent English
