Your role within our Kingdom
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to support our Senior Management team based in Stockholm. Assisting our Senior Leaders across different business functions, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as:
Coordination of calendars and activities in Outlook.
Create PowerPoint presentations.
Managing travel bookings (flight, hotel and transfer).
Administration of their cost expenses.
Organizing internal/external meetings and conferences in regards to travel arrangement, catering etc.
Skills to create thrills
Proactive, organized and service-oriented.
Friendly and polite.
Excellent skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Naturally approachable with a calm, can-do attitude.
Great attention to detail and capacity to multitask.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English.
