What You'll Do
As part of the Group Talent Management team, you will be part of shaping our cultural journey for our global organization and implement our Group's framework. You will be involved in determining and defining project scope and objectives, planning and overseeing the projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. As we are on a journey to ensure a solid and inclusive culture you will be part of developing and strengthening this topic to enable us to continue to drive people development and make us fit for future.
You will also lead the Group Diversity & Inclusion strategy, ensuring governance and alignment with key stakeholders as we have clear targets. You will also join our core team for "future of work" as part of our cultural journey will be to define a coherent way forward to become an even greater employer.
In this role, you report to Mi, she is our VP Talent Management for the Group. Our team is a diverse group of individuals where we genuinely believe in being empowered and where your knowledge, ideas, and personality is a success factor. Strong personality with a strategic mindset

Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
