We are looking for a service minded Talent Sourcing Support to support the Talent Acquisition Team and be part of the broader European Talent Acquisition Team.
Main Tasks
Assist in advertising positions on internal and external platforms for assigned functional areas.
Pre-screen and present viable resumes and/or qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Team
Maintain accurate, updated and compliant information in the applicant tracking system
Send online tests to candidates and review scoring results
Coordinate agendas and schedule interviews
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team in various tasks and projects
Key Competencies
University Degree or equivalent
Previous experience working in recruitment would be preferable
Experience working in a fast past environment with multiple stakeholders
Experience working with Microsoft Office and other Sourcing / Recruitment tools
Strong writing and oral communication skills
Administration, planning and organizing skills
Very good written and spoken English and Swedish language skills
We are looking for a fast learner able to multitask. If you are a team player and can work independently, then this is the right position for you. Additional languages are a plus.

in English Full time 6 months temporary position.
