About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about discovering exceptional early career talent and building experiences that help them thrive? In Global Operations, we're looking for a hands-on, strategic Early Career Programs Manager to lead how we attract, select, onboard, and engage the next generation of talent.
You'll own the full talent acquisition process - bringing recruitment expertise and driving the selection strategy in close partnership with central TA. You'll also design, manage, and evolve the early career programs to deliver business impact and an outstanding employee experience. From guiding talent attraction efforts to shaping onboarding, learning, and community-building, you'll lead every stage of the early talent journey - combining strategic thinking with execution to set a new standard.
What You Will Do
• Lead the end-to-end selection strategy - overseeing outreach, assessment, and hiring processes for early career roles
• Build and deliver a compelling onboarding and development experience, ensuring early talents are set up for success from day one
• Collaborate with leaders to create cross-team learning opportunities, aligned to business needs and talent growth
• Foster a strong early career community, with clear touchpoints that promote belonging, engagement, and visibility
• Define and track program KPIs such as hiring outcomes, retention, progression, and feedback
• Partner across People functions (TA, L&D, TM) to align efforts and amplify impact
• Manage a smooth offboarding and alumni process, supporting long-term engagement
The Skills You Will Bring
• Proven early career recruitment experience, with hands-on expertise in candidate engagement, assessment design, and end-to-end selection processes
• Experience designing and managing structured development programs or talent experiences
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to influence and drive delivery across a matrixed environment
• A data-informed approach to evaluating program impact (e.g., retention, progression, engagement)
• A passion for helping early career talent grow and a track record of building inclusive, high-quality candidate experiences
