YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
Navigate the system landscape, in close collaboration with counterparts from global IT teams. This encompasses:
Operative part
• Coordinate Nordic developments and requirements as well as system bugs to the global IT team and support users in Northern Europe within process automation/digitalization
• Be an active member in international BSH groups on automation and support the organization within problem solving and future development.
Project part
• Joining in IT implementation projects
• Leading implementation/change for digitalizing processes
• Requirements, setup, documentation and life cycle
• Define required knowledge levels for user groups in the systems and set up training plan

YOUR PROFILE
Background & skills
• Senior professional with a proven track record.
• Solid experience within S/4HANA environment and ideally also in one or more of the following application.
• SAP Master Data Management (SAP MDM)
• SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD)
• Process Automation in SAP
• Experience in RPA or iBPMs is desirable but not a must (UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate).
• Preferred MSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Personality
• Thriving with the balance of projects and operative tasks.
• Looking forward to working on an international scale, with cross-functional and cross-cultural projects and teams.
• Enjoying getting down in routine tasks to map, understand and improve the handling.
• Fluent in verbal and written English, ideally being proficient in a Nordic language.
