Wanted: System Responsible for a challenging and fun area at H&M IT Logistics! As a System Responsible at H&M you will work at a global IT department.
H&M is one of the world's largest fashion companies and an exciting place to pursue an IT career. With more stores and new markets added every year, the group is constantly growing. Which means we're always looking for new stars to join the team!
You will be part of our new global e-commerce platform that will serve as base for further online expansion for the H&M brand. The new platform is under construction as a part of the Global Online Expansion (GOE) program, a business and IT program for establishing e-commerce business for the H&M brand in selected countries. The platform is built, maintained and operated by an external provider. It will furthermore have interfaces towards several H&M systems as well as third party systems like Warehouse Management systems (WMS) and Carrier systems.
You will have a great level of independence in your role as System Responsible, and we expect you to act and be confident in your leadership. The GOE Logistics IT team today consists of around 40 persons including business experts with a mix of H&M employees and consultants. The team is growing.
Travel will be part of the job.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M System Responsible comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Plan for and secure implementation of changes at our vendors
• Create and maintain system and process documentation
• Plan & Coordinate business changes
• Secure clear and efficient use of IT Support Processes and Change and Release process
• Lead and participate in meetings needed to update with status and secure the daily operations to handle and work proactive with incidents and problems
• Vendor management (activities, roles, tools and templates) needed for a vendor management process that ensure maximized value from vendors during the service lifecycle and align vendor deliveries with business objectives and requirements
Your skills

• Experience from managing and controlling vendors (internal & external)
• Good ability to communicate in both English and Swedish
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience from IT
• Understand IT Support Processes
• Experience from planning, organizing and follow up
• Cross-cultural experience
• Experience from roll out of global solution and maintenance, including operations and support of complex solution with external vendor is qualifying
• Knowledge within Change Management
• Fluent in Swedish and English
Experience from Logistics and e-commerce is an advantage. An extra plus if you have previous experience from working in Retail.
