We are currently seeking a talented System Developer to join our Powertrain Testing team, contributing to the evolution of our in-house developed test platform dedicated to testing our cutting-edge driveline components.
The Role:
As the electrification of drivelines rapidly changes the way our products are tested, we redefine the boundaries of testing methodologies and therefore facing new challenges regarding our control systems. In the role of a System Developer, you will play a vital part in supporting R&D throughout the testing process by developing our test platform, which include setting up simulation models for both existing and upcoming systems. Working closely with our dedicated group of engineers, you will combine software development and innovation while understanding the products we are testing and how we communicate with them. Knowledge of, or a strong eagerness to develop skills in PC-based Control Systems, LabVIEW/TwinCAT, EtherCAT/CAN, and SQL database is highly desirable.

Is this you?
We are seeking an individual who has the capability to translate theory into practical applications, who is enthusiastic, curious, and has a love for learning new things. It is important that you have good collaborative skills and take the initiative to solve tasks. You have great communication skills and can easily manage and coordinate multiple contacts. You should genuinely enjoy working in a team and have an agile mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electronics, mechatronics, or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English; fluency in Swedish is a plus.
• Meritorious: Experience in system development or agile development, as well as previous work at Scania.
