This is why Klarna's merchant support is growing rapidly with over 50 000 international merchants to care for. We've built an all-star international merchant support team and are now looking for an dedicated and ambitious Swedish speaking Merchant Support Advisor to join our team.

Merchant Support is part of our Customers Service department, with the primarily goal to deliver excellent service to Klarna's e-stores (merchants) using our payment services. As a Merchant Support Advisor you will provide our Swedish merchants with extraordinary service by answering their questions mainly by email but also by phone. We strive to give our merchants world-class service and to exceed their expectations. You will play a central role in Klarna's success and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction.

You have the ability to communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English - both written and spoken - and ideally you have additional language skills as well.
