Software Systems & Soft Tools ? Global Technical Support at VCE After Market is now looking for a SW SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Job summary
Provide support to Global users when they use ?Support Tools? for VCE products e.g CareTrack (Telematics), TechTool (Software download), Matris (Log ID?s) etc. and participate in New Soft Product projects to secure future support.
Main tasks
Support users and help them to solve issues with the different ?Support Tools?, and/when needed assign cases to other functions.
Be a filter between users and application owners.
Coordinate helpdesk function globally in 4 regions (EMEA ? AMERICAS ? APAC ? CHINA)
Continuously inform users and application owners of known issues.
Help out with material, information & training during e.g regional Dealer events.
Set up Campaigns for VCE products.
Assign cases to Back-office when required.
Skills
Good knowledge & experience on IT environment i.e computer skills.
Knowledge about and interest for system integration.
Knowledge about applications TechTool, Prosis, Matris, CareTrack is an advantage but not a must.
Good knowledge about VCE products is desirable.
Knowledge about VCE After Market (Processes & Tools) is an advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good skills in Swedish & English, both written and oral.

You are a flexible person who takes initiatives and are open to change.
Like to have many parallel activities ongoing at the same time and therefor also be able to handle stress from time to time.
