We are now looking for a Business Controller with a genuine interest in sustainability and how it connects to our business.
The H&M Group Sustainability department's role is to take lead on the strategic direction and support the functions, H&M Group portfolio brands and sales countries towards meaningful growth. As a Sustainability Controller you contribute with methods and analyses to ensure a structured and efficient way of working with sustainability and its connection to business.
Job Description
In this role, your main focus will be to develop methods and KPI:s within the area of Resource use & Circular impact. It's one of our strategic areas and we are now exploring how to set up our steering models, methods and KPI:s going forward. This is a great opportunity to join the Steering & Controlling team at the sustainability department and contribute to our work towards our new direction.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Collaborate on target setting and activity plans with a high level of measurability to drive impact creation within strategic areas
• Act as an informal leader of the Data-Driven decision-making processes of the Resource use & Circular impact area
• Collaborate with the team on Business Cases connected to new Initiatives, cross functional Collaborations, and Projects as well as support with Budget, rolling Forecast updates and financial quarterly reports
• Enable best possible collaboration with functions and H&M Group portfolio brands through supporting in targeting, methods, tools, and systems to strengthen their ability and willingness to drive sustainability topics
• Collaborate on, and take part in internal or external stakeholder meetings to report progress, drive improvements, and/or alignment of sustainability and business strategy
• Ensure a good understanding within the team for the business in general and for internal functions to drive our sustainability work the best way
Qualifications
We are looking for you who;
• Have 2+ years of experience as a Business Controller, Business Developer or similar. Experience from working with Sustainability is meritorious
• Have a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability or similar
• Have knowledge in Excel, Power BI or other Data Visualization tools
• Have a genuine interest for sustainability and the connection to business
• Take on complex tasks and challenges in a simple way
• Work independently and take own initiatives
• Are good at prioritizing
• Have creative analytical skills
• Have a strategic mind and is good at identifying new opportunities

This is a fulltime assignment based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
