We are extending our Nordic technical support for some of the most attractive brands in the world at three of our sites in Sweden, Stockholm, Söderhamn and Ljusdal.
Currently we are looking for those who speak one of the Nordic languages, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish to provide support via phone and over the Internet.
You are:
• Someone who has the knowledge and will to provide first class costumer support.
• Someone who preferably have previous experience in customer service/support.
• Someone who is service-oriented, you see high set goals as a challenge and you like to work up tempo.
• Interested in new technologies and is an experienced user of computers.
• Good in English, written and verbally.
To work in STOCKHOLM
We are currently seeking agents to one of our missions that take a growing share of the market thanks to its design and quality. We are therefore looking for those who want to work with first class support and the latest in IT and the iPod market. The mission is to provide support via phone and over the Internet. The support is for the brand customers in the North. Knowledge of Mac OS, iTunes, iPod and similar is a plus.
To work in SÖDERHAMN
We are currently seeking agents to Symantec's technical support. Symantec is a world leader at internet security and technology. We are therefore looking for those who want to work with high quality security solutions and provide advanced technical support via phone and over the internet (mail, chat etc.). We will provide you with training for certification in Symantec-products.
To work in LJUSDAL
The Customer Support Team is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers of our client. Our client is a leading information technology provider of personal computers and printers, and our goal is to provide the best possible support and service to their customers. As a Technical Supporter you will become a key figure to our success. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge in hardware and software solutions and ability to troubleshoot technical problems over the telephone. We will provide the necessary training.
