We have a role for Support Technicians in Stockholm Sweden, please find below the details:
Work Location - Stockholm, Sweden

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Support Technicians to help our Service Desk & Onsite Team.

Responsibilities:
• Provide first and second-level support for the upgrade to Windows 10
• Work with each client to make sure checklist items are completed and ensure that the laptops are issue-free
• Responsible for receipt, configuration, and delivery of new equipment, if/where applicable
• Provide first level support for customer business & workplace applications
• Adhere to SLA's - To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To provide support for on call duty (Weekends & Weekdays)
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience in Helpdesk support and Customer Service Support or genuine interest in IT.
• Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge of laptops.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System support and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Products including 2013
• Ability to function in a fast changing environment
• Strong verbal/written communication in both Swedish and English.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to build productive relationships.
