hela Sverige Oriflame is now looking for a Supply Planning Category Manager to further strengthen our team.
Purpose of the job within Oriflame
To lead & control the Category Supply Planning Category functional team
To manage the planning process to ensure the minimum level of stock is available in the business to achieve agreed Service Levels at least costs, meeting the Groups? target for Working Capital.
To achieve the plan based on the generated hub demand and manufacturing capabilities (both external as internal) through effective planning and co-ordination of a wide network of people ranging from production centres, external suppliers to internal colleagues (NPD, Pack tech, Purchasing, ?).
Inventory Management
To provide an effective plan aiming at minimizing obsolete&excess stock. To track & report write-downs in components.
To manage the relationship with our 3PLs provider & Global Logistics team regarding incoming good.
To provide forward visibility of stock levels thereby allowing the business to plan for change and identify potential future service issues, to be managed via allocations and overstock situations.
Components tracking
To support through NPD and Category Management the process of components ordering via filler in exceptional situations
To make the provision and potential budget for scrapping and keeping components at Oriflame liabilities .
To give the proactive proposals of better utilization of components, which Oriflame liable for, and to review Minimum Order Quantities for Components if needed together with Purchasing team.
Master data
To ensure full master data audit & integrity
Corporate reporting - KPI
To ensure that the Category KPI-PPI are available on time with supporting comments.
Supply Chain Improvement
To identify and action improvements in current business processes, systems and procedures within the Supply Chain, which improve the efficiency and utilization of our current resources.
To effectively liaise with key internal/external customers (sales, marketing, NPD, purchasing, production and distribution) to ensure all supply chain opportunities are maximized in that Category.
This will involve dealing with a number of different international markets, and as such requires a high level of cultural awareness.
What we are looking for
Graduate degree in supply chain, or logistics
Minimum of 5 years in a Supply Chain or associated area, ideally within FMCG area
Prior Management experience capabilities
Experience in Project Management
Process orientated with a strong team approach
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Dynamic and self motivated
Fluency in English, other languages an advantage
Experience with IFS and/or JDA supply chain or other DRP/MRP software is an advantage
Excel mastery is essential
