Would you like to work in a global company as a Coordinator within Supply Chain in Nouryon? We are now seeking a Supply and Demand Coordinator to be the link between sales and marketing, the operations and external warehouses globally. Your mission is to keep and improve our service level to all end customers.
Main responsibilities
As our Supply and Demand Coordinator you will be responsible for improvement projects related to warehousing and stocks, as well as production planning. You will be responsible and acting as interface of communication with site/regions/customer service teams. Other than this you will also:
Optimize the demand plan on best profitability
Suggest best selectivity plant settings in both our plants
Run Demand & Supply meetings
Work with the team to coordinate stock replenishment globally
Plan raw material supply globally
Plan and coordinate tolling
Run the Arkieva Demand, Supply & Inventory modules
Run weekly meetings with regional sales teams as well as plants
Qualifications
Bachelor or master's degree from Supply Chain or other relevant fields
A few years of experience in Supply Chain
Good knowledge in English
Process understanding of ERP system (SAP) preferably in PP, Sales & Distribution and Production module
Proven skills in Excel/MS Office
Experience from working in Arkieva is highly meritorious, although not a requirement.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Global Supply Chain Manager and based in Stenungsund.

The application process
After the closing date, we will start the selection process.
In our first selection we thoroughly go through all the applications. If your skills and qualifications match the profile we are looking for, you will be invited to an initial phone interview that takes approximately 30 minutes. If you proceed in our selection process we invite you to a face-to-face interview that takes about 1,5 hours. There you will meet with the recruiter and the hiring manager.
In addition to this interview, you will be asked to conduct a problem-solving test and a personality analysis. We will discuss the results during the interview.
