General Purchasing Group in Lund and Cluster North Europe, is looking for a Supply Manager that will drive purchasing activities within the categories: Human Resources (HR), Professional Services (PS) and Marketing/Communication (MarCom)
In this independent and wide role you will be a key player in the long term relationship between Tetra Pak, suppliers and the operational purchasing team. Your work will include a large part of coordination, with our suppliers and internally with our different stakeholders. As you handle major strategic suppliers, your achievements will impact our result to a large extent and you will be exposed to senior management. To succeed in the role you will need to show a good level of informal authority with stakeholders on all levels as well as diplomatic skills.
Main responsibilities
• Drive sourcing and contracting activites including writing and negotiating agreements
• Responsible to provide a reliable and stable supply base of strategic suppliers
• Responsible for cost, quality, delivery and service performance
• As a Category leader be responsible for implementation of category strategies
• Responsible for improving and developing supplier portfolio together with Stakeholders and Global Category Leaders
Publiceringsdatum2012-03-12KvalifikationerYou have a Technical or Economical University degree and several years of relevant experience within this area. Strong drive, good networking skills and result orientation together with skills in supplier management, negotiation and cost analysis are essential. You have the capability to work independently but you also like to work and contribute in a team. A good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is necessary. Knowledge of advanced Excel and SAP are a merit.
