Tilgin is currently looking for a Supply Chain Planner to be a part of the Operations team. They offer a stimulating and open workplace that fosters teamwork. Tilgin, headquartered in Kista, Sweden, has 20 years of experience and expertise within the broadband industry which has generated a strong client base and a broad international reach. Tilgin has throughout the period established its systems and solutions with several operators globally. Since the company was founded, Tilgin has worked with its own gateway software and related management system as part of an overall delivery of premium broadband gateway solutions. In 2014, recognizing the special requirements of the dawning IoT era, Tilgin established a dedicated business unit focusing specifically upon the advanced software solutions for the Smart Home and IoT scenarios. Tilgin has now taken the next step forward by launching an overall Smart Home Platform with base in its Open HGA software, Management System (tGem) and has already established several strategic partnerships.

About the job
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will work together with the sales team and report to VP Sales and Marketing. You will be responsible for the Supply process from Forecasting and Order Desk to delivery of solutions including Products and SW to our customers worldwide. In the Forecasting process, you will work together with Tilgin Sales and in close co-operation with ODM 's based in Taiwan and Hong Kong. The responsibility for the Order Desk includes handling of Customer orders, Purchasing from ODM 's, shipping and interface to Tilgin Finance for invoicing. Other responsibilities include Inventories and Warehouse.

About you
To be successful in this role you have a background including minimum 3 years in Supply Chain Management. You have experience in working in an international environment and preferably with Asian ODM 's. Work experience from purchase order and sales order handling from ERP systems, is required. The Tilgin ERP system is Jeeves.

Desired skills
You should have strong administrative, documentation and communication skills. Also be self-contained, dedicated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment as well as being able to take initiatives and full responsibility in planning to assure fulfilling customer requirements and expectations.

Tilgin works in a multicultural environment so you must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. It 's an advantage if you also speak Chinese.

The position is an administrative role and we put emphasis on that you work with accuracy and structure.

What do we offer?
The position is a 8 months replacement during maternity leave, starting in January 2nd. It is possible that the assignment may be prolonged. The position is based in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden.
