Today the company has the exclusive distribution for Hanky Panky, Hollywood Fashion Tape, Nearly Nude and Christina Ribel. PERINÉ is a small and aggressive company with a strong and clear vision of becoming one of the leading players within its business segment.
We are growing on existing and new geographical markets and are therefore looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join the team at our Stockholm office.
The Supply Chain Planner will serve as a key player, being in charge of the total product supply chain involving daily contact with our DC, suppliers and customers. The right candidate will have excellent potential to develop the position and grow within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enter and monitor P/O’s to our accounts and suppliers
• Daily business system updates
• Monitor stock balance and place reorders to our suppliers based on key figures
• Monitor and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
• Managing inventory control together with the DC
Quality follow up with our DC every quarter
• Develop and update our Supplier Manual
• Develop and update Logistic Checklists for our key-accounts
• Follow up and approve Customs, shipping and supplier invoices
• Update incoming payments to our business system
• Managing the daily invoicing to our customers
• Work to improve the supply chain and develop new routines by analyze, follow up and report logistic related costs and effectiveness
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Minimum of upper secondary school preferably with experience and/or higher degree in logistics and/or supply chain management
• Excellent English and Swedish communication skills
• Excellent computer software skills
• Experience from GARP and/or apparel industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principals
