• Supply Chain Manager at FlexQube which includes FlexQube AB (Gothenburg) and FlexQube Inc. (Atlanta, GA).
Responsible for planning (both production planning and long term planning), sourcing, purchasing, production and fulfillment of FlexQube components and solutions
Also responsible for warehouses and distribution centers globally
Planning includes setting parameters in system for standard items in relation to lead times and price in order to have inventory aligned with demand
Planning includes matching customer demands and orders with supply of material in a timely matter (material resource planning)
Sourcing includes finding new suppliers for FlexQube globally, evaluate these, negotiate prices and terms and work close together with these to improve quality and delivery reliability
• audit and monitor suppliers
• establish new suppliers
• monitor and develop existing supply chain
• initiate and lead cost-saving initiatives
• negotiate and manage contracts
Sourcing also includes setting up new components in our ERP system and keep current components updated in system with correct revisions of drawings and correct supplier prices etc.
Sourcing includes negotiating call off orders for long lead time items like casters and placing orders for these in a timely manner
Purchasing includes sending out inquiries to suppliers
Purchasing includes sending out purchase orders to suppliers
Purchasing includes updating delivery dates in system after order confirmations from suppliers
Purchasing includes expediting of purchase orders
Production, fulfillment and warehouse responsibility includes
streamlining the production and distribution processes between our different sites globally which includes
• mapping, streamlining and improving the production process for different components
• mapping, streamlining and improving the packing and assembly processes which includes use of packaging material and design of instructions/marketing material to be shipped together with deliveries
• mapping, streamlining and improving the warehouse (goods receiving, quality inspections, storage, marking, picking) processes
• inventory management
• planning the production which includes
• using forecasts from the sales organization to plan production batch sizes and orders between our sites
• prioritizing orders
• matching order demand with assembly capacity
• forecasts to suppliers
Responsible for negotiating logistic and shipping contracts with e.g. DHL and UPS
You will be situated in Gothenburg, Sweden
You will be working in a global company where most of our staff is located in Sweden

Preferably working with manufacturing / some technical skills
Flexible with work hours
Experience from the manufacturing / supply chain industry
Experienced with ERP systems

Fluent in English
