Supply Chain Coordinator
• Collaborating in close symbiosis with our Country Managers, Launch department and demand Planning department.
• Close collaboration with local pre-wholesalers and Country Managers
• Integral part of the supply team
• Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager
General Responsibility
• Alignment of stock service with Country Mangers
• Responsible for Stock levels and internal stock movements
• Responsible for monthly sales and demand Forecasts
• Responsible for placement and monitoring of purchase orders
• Responsible for maintaining the SAP system with updated information
• Responsible for the identification, study and execution of ad-hoc supply chain projects
Accountabilities
• Product availability levels
• Stock levels
• Stock write-off levels
• Distribution costs
Essential
• Academic University degree
• Fluent in English speaking and writing; knowledge of other languages will be an asset (especially Spanish).
• Very strong Excel/MS office software skills.
Desirable
• Experience of SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in GDP
• Holistic understanding and curiosity of business-flow including financial considerations.
