hela Sverige We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our oversea team. The employment is temporary and will extend until end of August 2023, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. Your location will be Skoghall mill, and you will be working in Packaging materials Division. You will report to Manager Supply Chain Coordination Overseas.

About the position
You will be based on assigned markets provide service to Stora Enso's sales companies located around the world. You will handle questions from both Stora Enso's internal and external contacts. In your role you will handle incoming orders and be responsible for invoicing and the completion of shipping documents and ensure they are issued in accordance with customer requirements. Contact with sales companies takes place in English and mostly via email. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you are offered an opportunity to work in an international environment with a large contact area. You will work in many different areas with one foot in Sales and one foot in Production.

Who we are looking for
In order to succeed in this role, you have ability to combine understanding of real-life and data and you understand the business needs and expectations. You have an analytical mind-set and willingness to take initiative to proactively provide solutions. You communicate fluently in English. Other language skills are an advantage. Your proficiency is based on a master's degree in relevant field, alternatively corresponding work experience. We see it meritorious if you have experience in the areas of Supply Chain and knowledge in the industry. As a person, you are service minded and responsible person who can work independently but also in teams. You have a good ability to prioritize and can handle several cases at the same time.
