We strive to be a more data driven Supply Chain and in this day and age data is in abundance, the key is to be able to filter out the most relevant data to help drive the business forward.
As our Supply Chain Business Analyst you will play an integral role in helping us on that path. You will be responsible for developing reports, metrics and KPIs. You conduct analytical investigations based on these reports to understand the underlying operational trends, patterns, insights and relationship within the data. You work closely with Project Managers and Business managers to ensure the reports are understood and can be used to drive efficiency and scalability improvements within our Supply Chain.

What you'll do:
You will spend much of your time analysing business processes, defining and documenting business requirements. Whilst a part of your time will be spent working individually you will also need to work in close collaboration not only with the Supply Chain Excellence Team and the Supply Chain organisation as a whole but also with other business areas within Dustin to understand the dependencies and needs to serve our Customers in the best possible manner. You will need to converse with both specialist and non-specialist stakeholders and have the ability to capture and present data in a clear manner. You will contribute insights and ideas that help translate business needs into solution specifications.
You should have:
• 3-5 years of experience of working as a business analyst within a Supply Chain (or supply chain related) department.
• Ability to walk through a process with a planner, document and convert business cases into requirements
• Experience with supply chain planning, end-to-end distribution, inventory management, planning & supply chain related systems.
• Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
• Experience with Power BI
• Business fluency in English is required
